Commercial Snow Plowing
Arctic Management has over 200 pieces of late model equipment to handle any job. Our team is well trained, and can handle the most challenging and difficult storms. We are partnered with Weather Works Inc. We receive storm alerts in advance, and forward them to you immediately. This channel of communication allows everyone to be prepared for any type of weather. Our staff is here to serve you 24 hours per day. We also provide you with Post Storm Reports which provide you with documented snow totals. This ensures us to provide timely and accurate invoicing, as well as maintaining a high level of trust in our partnership.
Several pricing structures are available.
Per Event Pricing: Snow Plowing Services will be performed and charged at a single rate for any given snowfall amount, regardless of how long the storm endures, up to a maximum event window of 24 hours. This pricing structure works best for locations with limited operating hours, such as corporate or industrial sites. Salting and Calcium will be charged at a pre-application rate.
Per Push Pricing: Services will be performed and charged at a rate that equals the agreed contract price reflecting the amount of snow on the ground at the time of service. This type of structure works well for establishments that have high traffic, such as retail plazas and banking branches. Salting and Calcium will be charged at a pre-application rate.
Seasonal (Flat Rate) Pricing: Snow Plowing and Ice Control Services will be provided at a single rate indicative to an all inclusive contract. This pricing structure may or may not include a seasonal snowfall "cap" before reverting to another pricing structure; such as "Per Push." Arctic Management will only consider seasonal arrangements for customers willing to commit to a minimum of a 3 year contract.
Snow Stacking/Hauling is available as an extra service.
Wheel loaders and tandom/triaxle dump trucks are used to remove or relocate snow piles from your property. This is valuable, because it reclaims parking spaces and reduces perpetual ice slicks caused by a re-freeze of the snow pile runoff.
After a major storm event or two, the snow can really pile up, causing driving hazards for visitors and costing your tenants lost revenues as parking spaces dwindle. Sometimes this means moving snow piles, or “stacking” to widen out traffic lanes or clear prime parking space areas.
When stacking services are not enough, the snow simply has to be removed from the site. Now it’s time for a snow haul. Keep Arctic Management in mind for all your snow moving needs.
Leave it to professionals!
The weather can make shoveling more difficult. Cold air makes working and breathing hard, which adds some extra strain on the body. Shovelers also are at risk for hypothermia, a decrease in body temperature, if they are not dressed correctly for the weather conditions.
Those most at risk for a heart attack include:
Anyone who already has had a heart attack
Individuals with a history of heart disease
Those with high blood pressure or high cholesterol levels
Individuals leading a sedentary lifestyle
Arctic management has a team of professionally trained snow shovelers. We can handle the most servere and difficult circumstances. We use a combination of snow blowers with various attachments and ATV machines with mini plows. Don't just think sidewalks and Walkways are the only areas that need shoveling attention. Your roof and parking ramps can contribute to very dangerous conditions. Run-off and the re-freezing of ice can lead to structural damage, injuries, and even death. Gravity is a law of nature. Don't break it!
